Want to have an event at the Church at Clarendon?
Please complete the steps below. You will be contacted about your event once you have submitted the proper paperwork. If you have any questions in the meantime please email the church office.
1. Read the Facilities Use Guidelines
You need to understand and agree to everything in this policy before using space at our facility
2. Find out if the date(s) requested are available on the church calender
Email the church office to ask about availability. Be sure to include the date(s) and time(s) you would like, as well as the type of space you need (classroom, Sanctuary, etc.). A list of all spaces and the fees to use those spaces can be found in the Building Use Policy.
3. Fill out all necessary paperwork once your event has been cleared on the church calendar
Fill out the Facilities Use Application at the end of the Facilities Use Guidelines.
Note about weddings: the Church at Clarendon is not currently facilitating weddings. If you would like more information about the use of our facilities, please contact Deborah at [email protected]
